Ingredients

  • 1 finely chopped carrot
  • 1 finely chopped apples
  • ½cup raisins
  • ½cup mayonnaise
  • Noodles as required
  • Pineapple cubes as required
  • ½tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  METHOD:
  1. Boil water in a pan.
  2. Add the noodles, with salt and 1tbso oil.
  3. When the noodles are done drain the water and put them under running cold water.
  4. Lastly add a tablespoon of oil to prevent the noodles from sticking to one another.
  5. Put the noodles in a bowl along with the mayonnaise, chopped carrots, chopped apples, sugar and salt.
  6. Soak the raisins in warm water, then mix them into the noodles along with pineapple cubes.
  7. The noodles salad is ready to serve.
