Ingredients:
- Rice 500 gm
- Chicken/ beef with bone 500 gm
- Spinach 1 cup
- Oil ¼ cup
- Onion slices 1 medium
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chili paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato puree ½ cup
- Salt as required
- Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
- Whole spice 1 tsp
- Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
METHOD:
Pan men oil garam kay kay piyaz ko brown ker len phir lehsan , adrak or hari mirch ka paste dal ker sauté ker len phir gosht dal ker namak, lal mirch, garam masala or tomato puree dal ker ghosht ko achi tarhan bhoon len or thora sa pani shamil ker kay dum per chor den jab gosht gal jae to palak or imli ka pani dal ker mazeed pani shamil Karen or pani men ubal anay den phir rice shamil ker kay dum per chor den.
Ingredients for meatballs:
- Chicken mince 1 cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chili paste 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- All spice ½ tsp
- Chickpea powder 2 tbsp
Ingredients for gravy :
- Oil ¼ cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 8 – 10
- Onion puree ½ cup
- Salt as required
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Yogurt ¼ cup
- Potato boiled and cubes 2 medium size
- Yellow color few drops
- Green chili big julienne 2- 3
- Coriander chopped for garnish
Method :
Koftay bananay kay liye ek mixing bowl men chicken mince or tamam ajza dal ker mix ker len ..phir balls bana ker 15 minutes kay liye fridge men rakh den.
Gravy bananay kay liye pan men oil garam ker kay methi dana, rai dana or curry patta dal ker bhoon len phir lehsan or adrak ka paste or khashkhash dal ker bhi bhoon len phir piyaz ka paste, dahi or tamam masalay dal ker itna pakaen kay gravy or oil alag alag hojae ..phir koftay or aloo dal ker 10 minutes kay liye dum per chor den.
Ingredients :
- Fine flour 1 cup
- Salt as required
- Sweet soda ¼ tsp
- Yeast 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Water as required
METHOD:
Ek mixing bowl men aata or tamam ajza dal ker pani kay sath gondh len or phir atay ko 10 minutes ka rest de ker pairay bana len.
Oven ko 220 C per heat ker len phir pairay bail ker baking dish men laga ker oven men 6 se 8 minutes kay liye bake ker len.
Ingredients:
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Cabbage julienne 1 cup
- Carrot julienne ½ cup
- Capsicum julienne ¼ cup
- Green chilies chopped 2 – 3
- Curry leaf 10 – 12
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
- Salt as required
- Cumin crushed ½ tsp
- Coriander cutter ½ tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Papri as required
METHOD:
Pan men oil garam kay kay rai dana dal ker sauté ker len phir curry patta or hari mirchen dal ke 30 seconds tak bhoon len. phir gobhi, gajar, shila or tamam masalay dal ker 1 se 2 minutes tak taiz anch per paka ker cholha band ker den or salad ko papri kay sath serve Karen.
