Ingredients:
- Chicken mince ½ kg
- Potato 2
- Fenugreek 250gm
- Spinach 1 bunch
- Dill 250gm
- Green chilies 10
- Turmeric 1tsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Ginger garlic 2tsp
- Tomatoes chopped 250gm
- Onions 250gm
- Coriander ground 2tsp
- Red chilies 1tsp
- All spice 1tsp
- Cumin 2tsp
- Cinnamon 1piece
- Black pepper 1tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
Heat oil then add cinnamon ,whole black pepper and cumin fry .now add onion then again fry .then add potatoes ,chopped tomatoes ,soy ,fenugreek ,spinach ,turmeric ,salt ,red chili ,coriander powder ,all spices powder and ginger roast .finally add green chili and 10 leaves on dum .
Ingredients:

- Tomatoes 250 grams
- Lemon Slice 4
- Green Chili 6
- Turmeric 1tsp
- Cumin Seeds (roasted, chopped) 1 tsp
- Red Chili 2 tsp
- All spice Powder 1tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Carom Seeds (chopped) ½ tsp
- Black Salt ½ tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Curry Leaves 6
Method:
Heat oil, add chicken and fry.
When dries water, add tomato, turmeric, cumin seeds, red chili,and salt, curry leaves, carom seeds and cover it.
After this, dries water, add lemon slice, black salt, green chilies, garam masala powder and removes from the stove.
Ingredients:
- Milk ½ litre
- Cream 1 packet
- Sugar ½ cup
- Cake sponge 1 cup
- Mix fruits cocktail 1 tin (large)
- Strawberry jelly 1 packet
- Vanilla custard powder 4 tbsp
- Raisins 4 tbsp
Method:
Dissolve jelly in 1 cup of water. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Pour in a pan. Refrigerate to set. Then in a pan add milk, sugar, cream, bring it to boil and cook for a minute. Dissolve custard powder and add to the milk mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes. Allow it to cool. Add raisins and set aside. Now in a serving dish add the cake sponge. Top with fruits. Then add the custard mix. Cut the jelly into cubes. Place them on the custard and serve.
