Ingredients:

  • Flour 550gm
  • Honey 20gm
  • Brown sugar 90gm
  • Yeast 7gm
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Bread improver ¼ tsp
  • Water 80ml
  • Milk 150ml
  • Butter 60gm
  • Egg 1
  • Vegetable oil 2tbsp
  • Bread crumbs ½ cup

 

Method:
In a bowl mix water, honey and yeast and rest it for 5 min then add 100gm flour mix and make paste cover it and leave for another 30 min , now in a bowl mix egg, milk and butter for few seconds, now add flour, salt, bread improver and kneed for 2 min . then add paste in it and kneed well and rest it , now remove and make log of this then cut into equal 16 to 20 portions , flatten it out with your hands and coat in bread crumbs and add this in baking tray and bake for 20 min on 170 deg oven and serve .

  • Almonds 150gm
  • Cashew nuts 75gm
  • Pumpkin seeds 100gm
  • Sunflower seeds 100gm
  • Sesame seeds 75gm
  • Walnuts 150gm
  • Pistachios 100gm
  • Brown sugar 200gm
  • Honey 150gm
  • Lemon juice ½ lemon
  • Salt ¼ tsp

 

Method:
In a pan dry roast all nuts , in a pan add brown sugar , honey and salt cook till it start bubbling , now add lemon juice and cook for 3-4 min , then add nuts and cook this on low flame , now pour this in lined tray press gently set for few hours and then slice it in bars and serve .
