Ingredients for Kofta:
- Fresh cheese (grated) 200 gm
- Potatoes, boiled grated 2 medium
- Green Chili chopped 1
- Egg 1/2
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
- Corn Flour 1-½ tbsp
- Cashew nuts (chopped) 6-8
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Ingredients for Gravy:
- Tomato puree 3 medium
- Cashew nuts paste 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Green Chili chopped 1
- Onion grated 1
- Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp
- Cloves 2
- Cinnamon Stick 1/2 inch
- Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
- All spice Powder 1/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1½ tsp
- Cream & Paneer for garnishing
- Dried fenugreek 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Water 1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
Mix all kofta ingredients except oil & nuts & divide into 6-8 equal portions. Give each portion a shape of ball & stuff with 1 cashew nut and deep-fry over medium flame until golden brown and crisp.
For kofta curry:
Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Add cumin seed, cloves and cinnamon. Sauté. Add crushed garlic-ginger and sauté for 10-20 seconds. Add all spices and cook then Kasuri methi and 1/2 cup water. Cook the gravy for 4-5 minutes. Finally Add kofta & Transfer paneer kofta curry to a serving bowl and garnish with grated paneer & cream.
Ingredients:
- Elbow pasta boiled ½ cup
- Roll Patti 1 packet
- Chicken slices 1 cup
- Cabbage slices 1 cup
- Oyster sauce 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Oil 1
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Method:
In a pan 4 tbsp oil heat and fry garlic and ginger .now add chicken and fry 5 minutes then remove from flame then add vegetables, pasta, oyster sauce, salt and black pepper mix .in a separate bowl add egg and flour mix and keep a side after this fill the mixture on roll patti and cheddar cheese .now seal with egg and flour mixture .now heat oil and fry on low heat then serve with ketchup.
