Pasta Chickpea Salad is the right way to keep it healthy this time around. We never knew a salad could be this wholesome and tasteful until we tried making it this way.

Ingredients:

  • Macaroni (boiled) 1 cup
  • Chick Peas (boiled) 1 cup
  • Potato (boiled) 1
  • Apple 1
  • Lettuce leaves few
  • Cucumber 1
  • Spring Onion 2
  • Capsicum 1
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Red Chili (crushed) ½ tsp
  • Honey 2 tbsp

Method:
Apple, boil potato, lettuce leaves, cucumber, green onion and capsicum finely chopped .now in a separate bowl yogurt, mayonnaise, and black paper, salt and crushed red chili mix .then pour vegetables in the dish, boil chickpeas and boiled spaghetti .after this add mayonnaise mixture and mix well then add honey and serve it .

Ingredients:

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Onion 2
  • Chopped Tomatoes (Finely) 250 gm
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
  • Kashmiri Red Chilies Paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • Black Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Desiccated Coconut 2 tsp
  • All spice Powder 1 tsp
  • Clarified butter 1 cup
  • Green Chilies as required
  • Green Coriander as required
  • Almonds (Finely Chopped) 2 tbsp

Method:
In clay pot, heat the paste of 2 onions. To this add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp black cumin seeds, 1 tsp salt and 1 kilo mutton. Then mix everything and add hot water. Along with this, add finely chopped tomatoes, kashmiri red chilies paste, turmeric powder and desiccated coconut . Leave this to simmer on a low heat. Once the mutton is tender, mix everything together. In the end garnish with green chilies and fresh coriander and serve.

  • Chicken (boneless) 1/2kg
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Garlic powder 1tsp
  • Red chili (powder) 1tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Eggs 2
  • Mustard paste 1tbsp
  • White pepper 1tsp
  • Crispy fry 1 packet

Dip’s Ingredients:

  • Ketchup 1cup
  • Garlic (chopped) 2tbsp
  • Sesame 2tbsp
  • Oil 1tsp
  • Red chili (chopped) 1tbsp

 

Method:
Add garlic powder, red chili, salt, white pepper and mustard paste on chicken and marinate it for 30mins. Now coat the chicken with eggs, crispy fry and flour and set it for 30 more mins. Now heat oil and fry chicken for 6-8mins. For the dip heat oil In a pan and fry garlic, then add red chili, sesame, ketchup, salt and 1 cup of water to cook for 2mins and serve it with the chicken.
