Ingredients:

  • Sugar 100 gram
  • Egg white 50 gram
  • Fresh cream 30 gram
  • Peach (cubes) 50 gram
  • Strawberry puree 1 tbsp

 

Method:
Mix sugar and egg white in a bowl and beat them together. Make shell of them and put it in oven for 10 minutes at 160 C.
Now take them out and keep it to chill.
Now do the topping with fresh cream, strawberry puree and peach.

Ingredients :

  • Red snapper fish 200 gm
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chopped parsley 1/2tsp
  • Chopped basil 1/2tsp
  • Mustard paste 1/2tsp
  • Black pepper a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon 2
  • Potatoes 2
  • Rice 1/2cup
  • Mushroom sliced 2tbsp
  • Sundried tomato 2-3
  • Olive oil 1tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1tsp
  • Garlic chopped 1
  • Green olives 2
  • Black olives 2
  • Parsley 1/2tsp
  • Basil 1/2tsp
  • Cherry tomato 1
  • Lemon for garnish
  • Fried leek for garnish

Method:
1. Marinate red snapper in oil, chopped parsley, chopped basil, mustard paste, salt, black pepper, lemon and grill them on a grilling pan.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, chopped onion and sauté until light brown, and then add mushrooms and sauté for a minute. Add rice sauté for 1-2 minutes then add water. Now add sundried tomatoes, parsley, basil, black & green olives and cook for 4-5 minutes.
3. Garnish it with fried leek, lemon and cherry tomato.
4. Serve with boiled potatoes and lemon capper sauce.

Ingredients :

  • Prawns 6
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste ½ tsp
  • Black pepper crushed a pinch
  • salt to taste
  • Red chili crushed a pinch
  • Lemon juice few drops
  • Tortilla bread 2
  • Tomato salsa 2 tbsp
  • Sour cream 2 tbsp
  • Guacamole sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lettuce julienned 3-4 leaves
  • Cherry tomato for garnish
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Guacamole sauce:
INGRDIENTS :

  • Avocado mashed 1
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Jalapeno chopped 1
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste

Sour Cream:
INGREDIENTS :

  • Cream 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Chopped green onion ½ tsp

Tomato Salsa:
INGRDEINTS :

  • Tomato large chopped 1
  • Onion small chopped 1
  • Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  • Tabasco sauce 1 tsp
  • Jalapeno chopped 1
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Tomato juice 4 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 1 tsp

METHOD:
• Fry tortilla bread and keep it aside.
• Then sauté marinated prawns in a pan.
• Now do the assembling by keeping tortilla bread as a base, put julienne lettuce first. Now keep the sautéed prawns on it, spread guacamole sauce, sour cream and tomato salsa over it and keep tortilla bread over it. Again repeat the step by putting sautéed prawns, guacamole sauce, tomato salsa and sour cream over it and at the last tortilla bread.
• Now garnish it with cherry tomato and fresh coriander.

 

Guacamole sauce Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl to make guacamole sauce.

Sour Cream Method :

Add lemon juice in cream and whip them together in a bowl. Then add salt and green onion to make sour cream.

Tomato Salsa Method :

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl to make tomato salsa.

Ingredients:

  • Water 1cup
  • Vegetable oil or butter 1/3 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Cake mix as required
