Ingredients for base:

  • Biscuits or cracker 270gm
  • Butter melted 100gm

Ingredients for 1st filling:

  • Cream cheese 2cups
  • Sugar ground 1cup
  • Vanilla extracts 1tsp

Ingredients for 2nd filling:

  • Peanut butter 1-1/2 cup
  • Heavy cream ½ cup
  • Sugar ground 1cup

Ingredients for topping:

  • Chopped peanuts as required

 

Method:
In a food processor grind biscuits make crumbs and mix with melted butter, now pour the crumbs in 9 inch spring foam press them well , and refrigerate , for 1st filling in a bowl add cream cheese and sugar ground mix till creamy , now add vanilla extracts and beat , now pour this 1st layer on crust , smooth it with spoon and refrigerate it , for 2nd layer in a large bowl add peanut butter , cream , sugar ground mix and melt , now pour mixture on cheese cake and spread with spoon , lastly sprinkle chopped peanuts and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Cashew nuts 100 gm
  • Almond 100 gm
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Ginger (chopped) 3 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Charcoal for smoke
  • Coriander ½ cup
  • Green chili 8 pieces
  • Fresh yogurt ½ cup

 

Method:
First, cook mutton until it is half done. Then add ginger garlic paste. Once it is half done set aside. Meanwhile, make a paste of almonds and cashew nuts. Set aside. Then in a blender add chopped garlic, coriander and green chili. Blend well and set aside. Now in wok heat oil, add half done mutton and add almond and cashew nuts paste. Also add the green paste. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add all the spices, cover and cook well. Now add fresh cream and cook properly. Once it is done give charcoal’s smoke. In the end place it in a dish and serve hot.
