Ingredients:
- Green garlic (chopped) 1 cup
- Oil or clarified butter 1 cup
For Bajra Roti:
- Pearl millet 2 cups
- Salt to taste
For Bangun Raita:
- Bangun bharta 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Cumin (roasted) 1/2tsp
Method:
In a bowl mix pearl millet and salt. Knead the dough with warm water, allow it to rest for about 10 minutes. Then make small roti and cook it in clarified butter. Now in a chopper break the pearl millet roti and chop well. Then add green garlic and pour the hot oil with the help of a spoon. Mix well. Once it is well combined make laddu. In the end serve with bangun raita.
For bangun raita, mix bangun bharta, yogurt, roasted cumin well and serve.
Ingredients:
- Eggplants 500 gm
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Onion 1
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Bay leaf 1 tsp
- Green chili 2
- Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 2
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- Lemon for garnish
Method:
Roast the eggplant on the stove and separate the pulp. Then in a wok heat oil add garlic, cumin and bay leaf. Temper well. Now add onion and sauté well. Then add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder and coriander powder. Cook well. Now add eggplant, cook properly. In the end garnish with lemon and fresh coriander. Serve hot.

- Peanuts 100 gm
- Jaggery 100 gm
- Clarified butter 2 tsp
- Water 2 tbsp
Method:
In a pan heat 1 tsp clarified butter and sauté peanuts. Then In another pan heat 1 tsp clarified butter, add jiggery along with water and cook well. Now check in the cold water, if it becomes hard add peanuts to the mixture. Mix well. Then grease the surface and spread the mixture evenly. In the end cut the pieces and serve.
