INGREDIENTS:

  • Butter 200 gm
  • Icing sugar 100 gm
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Flour 200 gm
  • Cocoa powder 30 gm
  • Milk powder 2 tbsp

FOR THE PEPPERMINT CREAM:

  • Butter 100 gm
  • Icing sugar 25 gm
  • Milk powder 25 gm
  • Peppermint flavor 2 drops
  • Melted chocolate 100 gm

 

METHOD:
Beat butter and sugar together until creamy. Then add all the remaining ingredients and make a dough. Leave it for a while in a fridge. Once the dough is chilled, cut like cookies and place it on the baking sheet. Bake it in an oven on 170 c for about 20-25 minutes.
For The Peppermint Cream, In a bowl beat butter, icing sugar and milk powder together. Then add peppermint flavor and mix well. Now fill the cookies with this mixture. Lastly dip in the melted chocolate, set and serve.

FOR THE DOUGH:

  • Flour 500 gm
  • Yeast 10 gm
  • Milk powder 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Bread improver 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 50 ml
  • Sugar 25 gm
  • Water as required

FOR THE FILLING:

  • Chicken 250 gm
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Green masala 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 50 gm
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp

 

METHOD:
For the dough, in a bowl mix all the ingredients and knead a dough with water. Leave it for a while. Then spread evenly, give shape like a roll and place it on the baking tray. Bake it in an oven on 180 c.
For the filling, heat oil add chicken and add green masala, cook well. Then add salt, black pepper, white pepper and ketchup. Mix well and allow it to cool. Once the dough is baked, cut it and spread mayonnaise and chili sauce. Now add chicken filling and roll. Slice the roll and serve.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE SPONGE:

  • Butter 250 gm
  • Caster sugar 250 gm
  • Eggs 5
  • Flour 250 gm
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 12 gm
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

FOR THE ICING:

  • Sugar 500 gm
  • Water 150 gm
  • Glucose 50 gm

 

METHOD:
For The Sponge, Beat butter and sugar together until creamy. Then add eggs one by one. Now add all the dry ingredients, mix well. Pour the mixture into the mould and bake it in an oven on 180 c.
For The Icing, In the water add sugar and glucose. Cook until the mixture becomes thick. Allow it to cool. Then beat it until it becomes thick. Leave it to cool. Lastly add the icing on the cake. Serve.
