Ingredients:
- Beef 1/2 kg
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Onion sliced 1
- Tomatoes sliced 3
- Green chili 4
Method:
Heat the oil, add sliced onion and let it brown. Add beef and fry it. Add ginger garlic paste and all the spices and let it cook. Add 3 cups of water, put rice in it. Add 4 green chillies whole. Let the water dry a little, let the rest to cook in steam for 15 min. Serve hot.

- Fish boneless 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar 1 tsp
- Chili sauce 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Chili flakes 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Siracha sauce 1 tbsp
- Peri peri sauce 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- All purpose flour 1 tbsp
- Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
- Oil to fry
Method:
Marinade the fish with all the spices for 1 hour. Add 1 egg, corn flour, and all purpose flour to the marinaded fish. Mix everything well. Coat with bread crumbs. Fry and serve hot.
