Ingredients:
- Beef fillet 750 gm
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp heaped
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp heaped
- White cumin roasted / crushed 1 tsp heaped
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Mace ¼ tsp grinded
- Nutmeg ¼ tsp grinded
- Green cardamom ¼ tsp grinded
- Green chilies 8-10
- Yogurt 1 ½ cup
- Brown onion crushed ½ cup
- Saffron ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped ½ cup
- Mint leaves 20 chopped
- Raw papaya 1 tbsp
- Rice soaked 750 gm
- Oil ½ cup heaped
- Kewra as Req
Method:
Soak rice for 1 hour boiled with 2 tbsp heaped salt and 1 tbsp mixed whole spices,
Marinate pasandas with salt 1 tsp heaped, chili powder 2 tsp heaped, ginger garlic 2 tsp heaped, white cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp heaped, coriander powder 2 tsp, allspice 1 tsp, mace ¼ tsp grinded, green chilies 8-10, yogurt 1 ½ cup, brown onion crushed ½ cup for 2 hours, put in a heavy bottom pan spread evenly, top with boiled rice, sprinkle kewra and saffron, cover the pan and cook on medium flame for 40 mins.
Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless ½ kg thinly sliced
- Salt 1 tsp
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Mustard ½ tsp heaped
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Flour 2 ounces
- Butter 3 ounces
- Milk 1 ½ cup
- Water ½ cup
- Sweet corn 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese grated 4 tbsp
- Egg 1 beaten
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil, add chicken, fry for 5 mins, add flour, butter, seasonings, cook for 5 mins, add milk and water, cook till chicken tender and thick, add sweet corn, remove mixture in a greased pie dish, sprinkle grated cheese on top, beaten egg, bake on 180 d for 15-20 mins, serve hot.
Ingredients to marinate:
- Chicken breasts 2
- Garlic paste ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
- Crushed cumin ½ tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Red chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Other ingredients :
- Capsicum 1 julienne
- Tomato 1 julienne
- Onion 1 sliced
- Lettuce 2 cups
- Cheddar cheese grated 3 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- salad dressing 4-5 tbsp
Method:
Marinate chicken breast with all the given ingredients, pan fry in 2 tbsp oil, remove and cut into pieces, mix with all the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
