Ingredients:
- Lamb trotters (boiled) 2
- Lamb siri (boiled) 1
- Onions 2
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Green cardamoms 6
- Nutmeg, mace 1 tsp
- Black cumin 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Black peppercorns 1 tsp
- Fresh coriander as required
- Mint leaves as required
- Lemon as required
- Ginger as required
Method:
Heat oil and fry the onions until golden brown. Then add ½ cup water, black peppercorns, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, green cardamoms, nutmeg, mace, black cumin, all spice powder and ginger garlic. Mix well and cook properly. Now add boiled lamb trotters, lamb siri and stock. Cook well on low heat for about half an hour. Lastly add fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, lemon and ginger garlic. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Beef (mince) ½ kg
- Corn flour 1 cup
- Whole coriander 1 tbsp
- Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
- Black pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Onions 250 gm
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Eggs 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chilies (crushed) 2 tsp
- Oil as required
Method:
In a bowl, add beef, corn flour, whole coriander, pomegranate seeds, crushed black pepper, eggs, salt, ginger garlic paste, and crushed red chilies.
Now add onions and chopped tomatoes and makes kabab with the help of hands.
In a pan, heat oil and fry kabab.
Chapli kabab is ready.
Ingredients:
- Flour ½ kg
- Yeast 1 tsp
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Clarified butter ½ cup
- Caster sugar 3 tbsp
- Milk as required
Method:
Add flour, yeast, baking soda, salt, clarified butter and caster sugar in a bowl then knead it with milk and leave for 2 hours. Now make naan and bake in oven on 200 degree centigrade.
