Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Cauliflower grated ½ kg
  • Rice powder ½ kg
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Almonds & pistachio ½ cup
  • Silver paper as required
  • Screw pine few drops
  • Dry milk 1 cup

 

Ingredients:

  • Brinjal 6
  • Vinegar 2tbsp
  • Cumin roasted 1tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Red chili 1tsp
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for yogurt gravy:

  • Yogurt 250gm
  • Onion fried ½ cup
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Curry leaves 4
  • Red chili powder 2tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Coriander, green chilies as required

 

Method:
Cut brinjals from center . now mix all ingredients and fill this in brinjal ,now heat oil and fry the brinjal and remove , to make yogurt gravy in a blender add yogurt , fried onion and tomatoes blend well, now heat oil add curry leaves , now add yogurt mixture , red chili powder , salt , turmeric and cook well , lastly add brinjal and simmer then sprinkle coriander green chilies and serve.
