Ingredients
- White Chocolate 500 gm
- Lake red color as required
For The Filling
- Chocolate 200 gm
- Bunties 200 gm
- Toffee 200 gm
Method
Melt the chocolate and add lake red color.
In the Pinata mold, place it in a freezer.
Now add the melted chocolate and place it again in the freezer. Repeat the process.
Once the mold is set, add in the bunties and toffee.
Cover the filling with the melted chocolate and allow it to set.
Lastly decorate with white chocolate and serve.
Ingredients
- Clarified butter 250 gm
- Flour 125 gm
- Gram flour 175 gm
- Icing sugar 250 gm
- Cardamom powder 2 pinches
- Egg white 1
Method
Melt the clarified butter and place it in a freezer.
Once it becomes like butter, add icing sugar and mix well.
Add flour, gram flour and cardamom powder, mix well.
Allow the mixture to cool.
Spread the dough evenly and cut it with the round cutter.
Bake it in an oven at 140 c for about 30 minutes.
Lastly whisk the egg white and brush it onto the Naan Khatai.
Serve.
