For filing:
- Chicken boiled & shredded 1 Cup
- Onion chopped 2
- Capsicums chopped 1
- Corn s boiled 3 tbs
- Tomatoes chopped 1
- Salt to taste
- Red chili crushed 1 – ½ tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Dried parsley 2 tsp
- Pizza sauce 2 tbs
- Cheddar cheese grated 1/2 Cup
Other ingredients:
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Water 1-2 tbsp
- Samosa Patti as required
- Oil for frying
Method:
All filling ingredients mix and place on samosa patti then do shape like samosa then heat oil and fry the samosa and fry it .
Ingredients:
- Rice soaked 2 cups
- Sugar 1- 1/2 cup
- Clarified butter 1/4 cup
- Orange Juice 1/2 cup
- Cloves 3
- Milk 1 cup
- Green Cardamoms 3
- Orange food color 1/4 tsp
- Mixed Nuts and Dry Fruits 3/4 cup
- Water for boiling rice
- Cinnamon 1-inch piece
- Salt 1 pinch
Method:
In water add salt, color and rice add then boil it. now in clarified butter add green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, orange juice and milk add and cook. when sugar tender then add rice and mix then cook and also add nuts and dry fruit and leave on dum.
Ingredients:
- Lime wedge for garnish
- Salt 1 pinch
- Ice as required
- pomegranate juice 1/2 cup
- lime, juiced 1
- soda 1 cup
- red syrup 2 tbsp
Method:
All ingredients mix blend and serve.
