Ingredients:
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Cinnamon 1stick
- Curry leaves 10
- Garlic ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies, finely chopped 2
- Tomato purée 1cup
- Prawns 300g
- Coriander, chopped to garnish
- Lemon juice 1-2 lemons
- All spice 1 tsp
- Red chilies 1tsp
- Coriander 1tbsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Rice for serving
Method:
Heat oil add mustard, cinnamon and bay leaves give temper. Add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, red chili, salt, coriander and turmeric cook. Add prawns cook for 1 to 2 minute. For curry ¼ cup of water add all spice, green chilies, coriander and lemon juice. Garnish with green coriander. Serve with rice.
Ingredients:
- Onion sliced half
- Boneless chicken thighs 300 gm
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Mixed vegetables ½ cup
- Chopped garlic 1 tsp
- Chopped green chilies 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper ground to taste
- Cooked rice 1 cup
- Ketchup 3 tbsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
For omelette:
- Egg 2
- Milk 2 tbsp
- Oil to fry
- Green coriander to garnish
Method:
Heat oil add onion fry well. Add chicken cook well. Add garlic and vegetables, salt, black pepper and green chilies cook. Add cooked rice with soya sauce and ketchup mix well. Add egg with salt, black pepper and milk, beat well and make omelet. Cover rice with omelet and garnish with coriander, drizzle ketchup & serve.
