Ingredients:

  • Shrimps ½ kg
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Cream cheese 2 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Mustard ½ tsp
  • Siracha sauce 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Garlic powder ½ tsp
  • Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
  • Onion finely (chopped) ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) ½ cup
  • Grated cheddar cheese ½ cup

To Assemble:

  • 6 croissants 6
  • Finely shredded lettuce as required
  • Tomato slices as required
  • Softened butter as required

 

METHOD:

Marinate prawns with salt, pepper, garlic and lemon juice, cook them in 2 tbsp oil until done, remove, cool, add in all the rest ingredients, refrigerate for 1 hour, butter your croissants, put lettuce, tomato slice, shrimp salad, top with croissant and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Red snapper (whole) 1 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic heaped 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

Other Ingredients:

  • Tikka masala 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tbsp
  • Allspice 1 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Chat masala to sprinkle
  • Fries to serve
  • Siracha sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sambal oleak 1 tbsp

METHOD:

Marinate fish, keep for 2 hours, mix all the other ingredients together and apply on fish very well, leave it for at least 1 hour then deep fry fish for 10 mins in hot oil, remove, cool at room temperature and re-fry once again before serving for 5 mins, remove, sprinkle lavishly with chat masala on both the sides, wrap fish in foil, serve with fries.

Ingredients:

  • Frozen parathas 1 packet

For The Kababs:

  • Mince ½ kg + 100 gm fat
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Spring onion 1 tbsp
  • Onion (chopped) 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Fennel (crushed) 1 ½ tsp
  • Sambal oleak 1 tbsp

 

METHOD:

Chopperize all together in the chopper very well, mix well. Then put on skewers, pan fry or bbq. Give dum of coal. In a pan heat oil fry frozen parathas. Place kababs on the parathas and roll. Lastly serve with salad.
