Ingredients:
- Chicken Mince 600 gms
- Green Chilies 1-1/2 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- All spice Powder ¾ tsp
- Ginger Powder 1 tsp
- Onion 1
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves as required
- Eggs 2
- Bread Crumbs as required
- Lettuce, Tomatoes for garnish
Method:
In a chopper add chicken mince add green chili paste, salt, garam masala powder, onion, coriander leaves, cumin seeds powder, ginger, bread crumbs and chopped well. Now make thin cutlets and roll in bread crumbs. Then dip in beaten eggs and fry. Now garnish with lettuce, tomatoes and serve.
Chicken marination ingredients :
- Whole chicken 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ tbsp
- All spices powder ¾ tsp
- Salt, chili, turmeric as required
- Nutmeg mace powder ½ tsp
- Clarified butter 4 tbsp
- Fried grinded onion 2 tbsp
- Meat tenderizer 1 tsp
- Screwpine essence 2 drops
- Clarified butter 4 tbsp
- Pulao ingredients:
- Basmati rice ½ kg
- Chopped onion 1 large
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Mix all spices 1 tbsp
- Nutmeg mace powder ½ tsp
- Mix dry fruit ½ cup
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Chicken stock 2 cups
- Pulao biryani masala 2 tbsp
- Clarified butter ½ cup
Method:
In chicken add cut marks .then add all marination ingredients add and leave for whole night .now heat 4 tbsp of clarified butter and cook chicken till then chicken tender and water dry .for pulao heat clarified butter and fry onion .then add ginger garlic paste ,pulao biryani masala and whole slices add and fry .then add ginger garlic paste and yogurt mix and roast well .after this add salt and chicken stock add.its come to boil then add rice add and then nutmeg mace powder and cook and leave on dum .then add dissolve yellow food color. When it come on dum then garnish with boil eggs and serve .
