Qeema Ghotala
Ingredients:
Mince ½ kg
Oil ¾ cup
Onion 1 large chopped
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Chili powder 1½ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
All spice 1 tsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Tomatoes chopped 3
Salt 1½ tsp
Roasted cumin crushed 1 tsp
Tomato 1 cut into tiny cubes
Green chilies 3 chopped
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Eggs 3 beaten
Ginger (chopped) as required
Method:
Heat oil in a wok. fry onion for 5 to 7 mins until light golden. Add ginger garlic paste with chopped tomatoes and all the seasonings with mince. Fry well. add yogurt and fry. Add 1 cup water. Cover and cook till meat tender. Add beaten eggs. Mix well. Lastly add chopped tomatoes, all spice, chopped greens and ginger sliced. Leave it on dum for 5 mins. Serve with paratha.
