Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 300 gm
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Skewers as required
  • Capsicums 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onions 2

 

Method:
In a bowl add all the ingredients and marinate chicken with it. Then place chicken on the skewers along with capsicums, tomatoes and onions. Now heat oil and add the rainbow skewers. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton Chops ½ kg
  • Potatoes (boiled & peeled) ½ kg
  • Cottage Cheese 250 grams
  • Bread Crumbs 250 grams
  • Eggs 2
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper (crushed) ½ tbsp
  • Green Chilies (finely chopped) 3
  • Chicken Stock Cubes 1 tbsp
  • Gram Flour 1 pinch
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:
Marinate chops with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp red chili powder, crushed black pepper and salt. Now cook chops with 2 tbsp oil in a shallow pan. Remove them from pan and keep it aside to cool. Now mix 250 grams cottage cheese in 1 kg peeled and mashed boiled potatoes with finely chopped green chilies, salt, ½ tbsp crushed black pepper and 1 tbsp chicken stock cubes. Now place this mixture on chops and dip each in beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs and fry on low flame. Fry till they turn golden brown. Lastly sprinkle gram flour and serve hot.

  • Cauliflower 1 kg
  • Onion (sliced) 1
  • Ginger 1 stick
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Asafoetida a pinch
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Green chilies, fresh coriander as required

 

Method:
In a blender add onion, tomatoes, red chili powder, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, yogurt, asafetida, turmeric powder, salt, chopped ginger and mustard seeds. Grind it well. Then heat oil in a wok and add the prepared grinded mixture. Cook well. Now add cauliflower and mix well. Then add green chilies and fresh coriander. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Lastly dish out and serve hot.
