Ingredients for marination:

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Cayenne chili 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1tsp
  • Coriander powder 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/3 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger paste ½ tbsp
  • Garlic paste ½ tbsp

Ingredients for Gravy:

  • Butter 2tbsp
  • Bay leaves 1
  • Black cardamom 1
  • Greebsp
  • Ginger ½ tbsp
  • Salt to tasten cardamom 2
  • Cinnamon sticks 1
  • Cloves 3
  • Onion chopped 2medium
  • Garlic ½ t
  • Water 1cup

 

METHOD:
In mutton all marination ingredients mix and leave to marinate for 1 hour .after this in a pan add butter and add all gravy masala and cook .then add onion ,ginger garlic , water and marinated mutton add and cook for 2 to 3 minutes .finally cover and further cook 7 to 8 minutes .then do the smoke and serve .

Ingredients:

  • Pasta 1 packet
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Garlic (minced) 5 Clove
  • Heavy Cream 1cup
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Parmesan Cheese 1cup
  • Black Pepper 1tsp
  • Oregano 1 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup

 

Method:
In a large pot, heat water over high heat until boiling. Add salt to season the water. Once it is boiling, add fettuccine and cook according to package instructions.
In a large skillet or pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream.
Let heavy cream reduce and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Add half of the parmesan cheese to the mixture and whisk well until smooth. Keep over heat and whisk well until cheese is melted.
Save some pasta water. The pasta water is full of flavor and can be used to thin out the sauce.
Toss alfredo sauce with fettuccine pasta and add half of the parmesan cheese. Once it is tossed, garnish with the remaining parmesan cheese. Add a little pasta water if it needs to be thinned out.
Garnish with Italian seasonings, if so desired.
