Ingredients:
- Red kidney beans 250 grams
- Tomatoes 2
- Onion 1
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Cumin ½ tsp
- Green coriander as required
- Green chilies as required
- Boiled rice ½ kg
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
In pressure cooker heat oil and fry onion .now add ginger ,garlic ,tomatoes ,red chilies ,turmeric and cumin add and rest well .then soaked kidney beans mix and roast well then add water .after this cover the pressure cooker and cook on low heat .when kidney beans tender then add green coriander and green chilies add and then serve with rice .

- Fish (surmai/dhotar ) ½ kg
- Onions 2
- Tomatoes 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Cumin 1 tsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Curry eaves 8
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Green coriander ½ bunch
- Green chilies 4
- Nutmeg mace ½ tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
Heat oil and fry onion and remove .then add tomato and yogurt add and grind .after this add ½ cup of water ,red chili powder ,salt ,ginger garlic ,coriander powder ,all spices powder ,curry leaves and nutmeg add then and the remaining oil add masala and roast .now add fish pieces and fry .after this fried fish remove .now heat oil and add grinded tomatoes and yogurt roast well .then add fish pieces and then add green coriander and green chilies and leave for 5 minutes on dum .
