Ingredients:
- Bun 1
- Carrot 1
- Capsicum 1
- Cabbage ½
- Egg boiled 1
Other ingredients :
- Chicken fries ½ packet
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Ketchup 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 2 pinch
- Salt 2 pinch
Ingredients for Sauce:
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Chili sauce 3 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Method:
Cut the bun from center. Fill all the vegetables cooked nuggets and egg plus sauce. Add cheese to bind it. Wrap it in foil and bake it for 10 mins
Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 500gm
- Oil 20ml
- Butter 30gm
- Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Sugar pinch
- Whole spice 1 tbsp
- Cream 200ml
- Fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
- Nuts 1 cup
- Saffron 1 pinch
- Yogurt ½ cup
METHOD:
Take a pot add oil and butter in it.
Sauty ginger and garlic paste and chicken in it and cook till it get a bit brown. Add yogurt. Add all the masala and sugar in it and mix well and add nuts powder and cook. Cook untill chicken is done and add cream in it and cook for 2 to 3 mins. Add kasuri meethi and saffron.
Ingredients:
- Eggs 2
- Sugar 1 cup
- Cocoa powder 1-1 tbsp
- Flour ½ cup
- Baking powder 2 pinch
- Salt 2 pinch
- Oil/butter 4 ounces
- vanilla essence 1 tbsp
Method:
Add flour,cocoa powder,powdered sugar, baking powder and salt
Keep all the dry ingredients mixture at a side. Beat egg oil and vanilla essence. Add dry ingredients in wet mixture.
Pour the batter in the mould
Bake.
