Ingredients
Chicken 8 pieces
Red chili powder 1tbsp
Worchester sauce 1tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Sugar 1tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Ketchup 3-4 cups
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Onion 1 chopped
Method
Mix red chili powder, Worchester sauce, sugar, white pepper, salt, ketchup lemon juice and chopped onion in bowl.
Now marinate the 8 pieces of chicken in prepared mixture for about 3 hours.
Now place marinate chicken in a pan and with some water, cover lid and allow to cook until chicken tenderized and water dries.
Lastly put ½ cup of oil and allow cooking for 5 min.
