Ingredients:

  • Chicken with bone 500 gm
  • Clarified butter ¼ cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion julienne ½ medium
  • Capsicum julienne ½ medium
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Salt as required
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1tsp
  • Cream ¼ cup
  • Green chili big julienne 2
  • Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander chopped for garnish

Method:
Pan men ghee dal ker chicken ko namak kay sath fry ker lain phir lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker bhoon lain or thora sa pani dal ke5 minutes kay liye dum per chor den phir piyaz or shimal dal ker doodh shamli karen or tamam masalay dal ker uabal anay den phir cream or hari michen dal ker bhoon lain itna kay oil or gravy alag hojae phir adrak or dhanai dal ker serve karen.

Ingredients to marinate:

  • Chicken tikka 2
  • Mustard oil 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili small paste 1 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mac powder pinch
  • Nutmeg powder pinch
  • Red orange color pinch
  • Fried onion crushed 2 to 3 tbsp

Other ingredients:

  • Rice 500 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion slices 1 medium
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili small paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree ½ cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Fried onion for garnish
  • Fresh coriander chopped for garnish

 

Method:
Ek mixing bowl men chicken men yogurt, tamam sukhay masalay, hari mirch ka paste, brown onion, lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker chicken ko achi tarhan marinade ker lain or 3 se 4 hours kay liye fridge men rakh den ab chicken ko baking try men rakh ker pre heated oven men 30 minutes kay liye 180c per bake ker lain.
Ab pan men oil garam ker kay onion ko light brown ker lain phir lehsan, adrak or hari mirchon ka paste dal ker sauté karen phir tomato puree or tamam masalay dal ker achi tarhan bhoon nay kay bad pani shamil ker kay ubal anay den phir chawal dal ker itna pakaen kay pani chawal ki satah per ajae to bake kiya huwa bihari tikka or koyla chawalon per rakh ker 10 se 15 minutes ka dum laga den jab pulao tayyar hojae fried onion or hara dhanai dal ker serve karen.

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla sponge 1 (2lbs)
  • Whipped cream 2 cups
  • Coconut milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Pineapple juice ½ cup
  • Pineapple essence few drops
  • Pineapple chunks ¼ cup
  • Red cherry for decoration

Method:
Ek mixing bowl men whipped cream, pineapple essence or coconut milk powder dal ker mix ker lain.
Ab vanilla sponge ko center se 3 layers men kat lain ab sponge ki base per pineapple juice chirak ker sponge ko moist ker lain phir cream laga ker dosri sponge ki layer rakh ker cream lagaen or phir sponge ki teesri rakh ker cream se cake per icing ker lain phir piping bag ki madad se cake ko decorate ker kay cherries lagaen or top per pineapple rakh ker serve karen.
