Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 2 cups
For gravy:
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Bay leaf 1
- Cinnamon stick 2 inch
- Cloves ½ tsp
- Star anise 1
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Cardamom 4
- Onion, golden 2
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
- Mixed vegetables, 2 cups
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Other ingredients:
- Mint ¼ cup
- Coriander, chopped ¼ cup
- Clarified butter 1 tbsp
- Fried onions ½ cup
Method :
Heat oil then add all masala ,onion ,yogurt and ginger garlic sauté .Then add then add whole spices mix then roast masala then add vegetables and cook then add boiled rice ,butter ,fried onion and green masala and leave on dum .
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes chopped 2 cups
- Chicken boneless 300 gm
- Salt to taste
- Red pepper flakes 1tsp
- Fresh basil leaves chopped 1/4 cup
- Garlic cloves chopped 3
- Spaghetti boiled 1 packet
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Fresh coriander 1 bunch
Method:
Add chopped tomatoes and oil to a large skillet, on medium-low heat. Then add chopped chicken. Add red pepper flakes, and salt over all of the ingredients in the skillet. Cook on medium heat until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Now add chopped fresh basil leaves and chopped garlic to the skillet with chicken. Cook on medium heat for about 3- 5 minutes. Then add cooked and drained pasta, coriander to the skillet with the chicken and vegetables. Heaton low heat, mix everything well, and serve.
