Ingredients:

  • White Flour  1/2 kg
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • 1 Egg
  • Baking Soda 1/4 ts
  • Ghee for fying

Method:

  1. In a bowl, add all ingredients except ghee and Mix.
  2. Now Kneading well, and make medium balls.
  3. Heat ghee and fry.
  4. Roghni Paratha is ready.
