Ingredients For Rose Milk Cream:
- Condensed milk 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Cream 1 packet
- Rose syrup 4 tbsp
- Rose color a pinch
- Rose water 2 tbsp
For Rose sponge Cake:
- Flour 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Egg 3
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Baking powder 1tbsp
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
- Rose water 2 tbsp
- Rose syrup 4 tbsp
- Rose color a pinch
- Milk with color 1/2 cup
For Garnish:
- Edible rose few
- Pistachio slices few
- Whipping cream as required
Method:
For Rose Sponge, beat together eggs and sugar. Then add flour, corn flour, baking powder and baking soda. Fold well. Now add milk, rose water and rose syrup. Mix well. Then grease the baking tin, add the batter and bake it in an oven on 180 c for about 30 minutes. Now remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool.
For The Rose Milk Cake, in a bowl add condensed milk, milk, cream, rose syrup, rose color and rose water. Mix well. Then pour the mixture onto the cake and allow it to set. Lastly garnish with whipping cream, edible rose and pistachios.
Ingredients:
- Mutton (boiled) 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes (skinless ) 2
- Green chilies 3
- Salt to taste
- Cumin seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
- Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Water as required
Method:
In pan heat oil, add mutton and chopped ginger garlic. Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add tomatoes and water in it and let it cook. Now add salt, crushed black pepper and crushed cumin seeds. Cook well. Then add green chilies and serve hot.
