Ingredients:
- Mince ½ kg
- Finely chopped spinach ½ kg
- Finely chopped dill 2 bunches
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Finely chopped fenugreek 1 bunch
- Green chilies 6
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Fried onions 2
- Tomatoes 2
- Cooking oil ½ cup
- All spice powder 1 tsp
METHOD:
Wash spinach, dill and fenugreek bunch thoroughly and then soak them in water with ½ tsp of turmeric for 20 minutes.
Now heat oil add in tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder ,salt and ginger garlic paste and cook it for a while. Add in the mince, fried onion and let it cook When the water dries out, add in all the soaked veggies and green chilies. Mix them well. Now, when the oil comes out add garam masala powder and Allow excess water to dry to out then serve hot.
Ingredients for chutney:
- Green chilies 3
- Whole red chilies 4
- Ginger 1/2 inch piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
- Mint leaves 1 cup
- Coriander leaves 1 cup
- Tomatoes 3
- Rice boiled 2 cups
- Corn kernels boiled 1 cup
- Peas boiled 1 cup
- Fried onion 1/2cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Bay leaves 1-2
- Cinnamon 1 inch stick
- Cloves 4
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Nutmeg, Mace powder 1 pinch
Method:
put all the ingredients of chatni in a mixer jar and grind to a fine chutney.
(Reserve 3 tablespoon of chutney for later uses)
Heat oil in a deep non stick pan. Add bay leaves, cinnamon and cloves to the oil in the pan and sauté chutney and cook well until oil float on the surface now add matar and corns saute for a while now layer with rice 3 tbsps green chutney,jayfal jawatri powder and cook on low flame for about 10 minutes
Serve hot.
