Ingredients:
- Boiled porridge 1 cup
- Milk 1 liter
- Egg yolks 4
- Saffron ½ tsp
- Sugar ½ cup
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Coconut macaroons 6
- Fruit Cake (sliced) 6
- Whipped cream 2 cups
- Red jelly (cooked) 1 packet
Method:
In a blender add milk, egg yolks, Boiled porridge, saffron and vanilla essence Blend well. Then transfer this mixture in the pan and cook on a low flame. Once the mixture become thick add sugar and mix well. Now remove and cool it well. Lastly place fruit cake in a dish, red jelly, cream and coconut macrons. Serve.
Ingredients:
- Nuggets 1packet
- Cabbage 1cup
- Carrot 1
- Tomatoes 1
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chili sauce 1tsp
- Onion 1
- Coriander ½ bunch
- Lemon juice 1tbsp
- Olive oil 1tbsp
- Salad leaves chopped 1 cup
- Cucumber chopped 1 cup
Method:
Fry nuggets and set aside, now cut the veggies finely, now in a bowl add veggies, nuggets, black pepper, salt, Salad leaves chopped coriander, Cucumber chopped lemon juice, chili sauce and olive oil and mix and serve.

- Fish 1/2 kg
- Onions (fried) 1 cup
- Red chili powder 2tsp
- Coriander powder 2tsp
- Turmeric 2tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 2tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
- Coriander as required
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Lemon 2
- Oil 1 cup
- Salt as required
- Dried fenugreek 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Method:
Marinate fish with ginger garlic paste, salt, Black pepper powder and lemon. Then add fried onions and cover it. Now in a fry pan cook tomatoes, red chili powder, coriander powder, fenugreek, Dried fenugreek, turmeric and salt. When oil comes on the surface add fish. Lastly garnish with coriander and serve hot.
