Sajji Pulao is a Desi favorite. You can make it hot and fresh at home with this scrumptious recipe. It will be a lot healthier, pocket-friendly and hygienic compared to the ones you have at a restaurant.

Ingredients:
- Whole chicken 1
- Vinegar ½ cup
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Garlic 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Pulao:
- Rice 1 kg
- Tomato 250 gm
- Onion 250 gm
- Bay leaves 4
- Plum 100 gm
- Whole black pepper 1 tsp
- Black cumin 2 tsp
- Salt 2 tbsp
- Green chili paste 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
METHOD:
Marinate chicken with vinegar, chat masala, salt, garlic, red chili powder and oil, and refrigerate overnight. Now bake it for 40 mins on 200 D. Now in required oil, fry onion till golden brown. Now add black cumin, tomato, whole black pepper, salt and bay leaves and mix well, add 2 glasses of water, plums, green chili paste, then add soaked rice in it. As the water gets dry, add chicken, cover and leave it for half an hour. Delicious sajji pulao is ready to serve.
Ingredients:
- Chicken tikka boti ½ packet chopperized
- Chicken mince 750 gm
- Seekh kabab masala ½ packet
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Black pepper ¼ tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 ½ tsp
- Green chilies chopped 4
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Hung curd 3 tbsp
- Cream 3 tbsp
- Ketchup ¼ cup
- Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese grated 4 tbsp
- Brown onion grinded 3 tbsp
- Melted butter ¼ cup
- Eggs 2
- Bread slices 4
- Coal to give dum
METHOD:
Put all the ingredients in chopper and chopperize well, leave it for 1 hour, grease a Pyrex dish, put a cake ring on it, press the mince in the ring and bake on 170 D for 1 hour, give dum of coal, serve garnished with coriander and green chilies.
Ingredients for Base:
- Butter 2 ounce
- Brown sugar 2 ounce
Ingredients for Filling:
- Butter 4 ounces
- Pineapple rings 4
- Glazed cherries 4
- Sugar 4 ounce
- Eggs 2
- Pineapple essence ½ tsp
- Flour 4 ounce
- Baking powder 1 tsp
Ingredients for Custard:
- Milk 2 cups
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Cream 4 tbsp
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
METHOD FOR BASE:
Melt butter, spread in 4 small bandit pans, spread with brown sugar lavishly, put a ring on pineapple and cherry in the center, keep aside.
METHOD FOR FILLING:
Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy, add eggs 1 at a time alternating with sieved flour and baking powder mixture, add vanilla essence, now pour the batter in the prepared tin, bake in a pre-heated oven for 20-25 mins on 180 D, overturn, serve over a bed of prepared custard.
