Ingredients for custard:
- Milk ½ liter
- Custard powder 2tbsp
- Sugar 2-3 tbsp
- Vanilla essence few drops
Ingredients for caramel:
- Cream ¾ cup
- Sugar 6tbsp
- Water 4tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
Ingredients for trifle:
- Brownies 4
- Cherries to garnish
Method:
Heat milk with sugar till boil , now mix vanilla custard in ½ cup of water and add in milk cook till thick , now add vanilla essence , now crush brownies and set aside, to make caramel in a pan add water and sugar cook on low flame till sugar melts, now add cream . now mix salt, to assemble spread brownies in dish , add custard and caramel and add cherries and serve .
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken ½ kg
- White pepper 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt as required
- Onion ground 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Almonds ground 1tbsp
- Cardamom 4-5
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Cream 2tbsp
- Cashew nut 5-6
- Green chilies 3-4
- Cheddar cheese 2tbsp
- Oil or clarified butter ½ cup
- Nutmeg, mace ground ½ tsp
- Bay leaf 1
Method:
Mix yogurt in chicken and leave it , now heat oil or clarified butter in pan add cardamom and bay leaf and fry , now add boil ground onion , ginger garlic paste , salt , white pepper and yogurt now roast well . now add marinated chicken , add cheddar cheese , nutmeg , mace powder almond powder mix and simmer , lastly add green chilies and garnish with cashew nut s and serve .
