INGREDIENTS:

  • Read made puff pastry 500 gm
  • Sausages without skin 12 pieces
  • Egg 1

 

METHOD:
Spread the puff pastry evenly. Place sausages and roll the pastry. Cut the pieces and place it onto the baking tray. Brush the pastries with egg and bake it in an oven on 180 c for about 40 minutes. Remove and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS FOR SPONGE:

  • Eggs 3
  • Sugar 100 gm
  • Flour 80 gm
  • Cocoa powder 20 gm
  • Baking powder 10 gm
  • Oil 100 gm

FOR THE FROSTING:

  • Whipping cream 300 gm
  • Chocolate 150 gm
  • Liquid cream 150 gm

FOR THE DECORATION:

  • Chocolate (any) as required
  • Bunty chocolate 3
  • Marshmallow 2
  • Chocolate biscuits 1 packet

 

METHOD:
Beat sugar and eggs together until fluffy. Then in another bowl add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix well and add to the wet ingredients. Now add oil and mix properly until well combined. Add the batter to the mould and bake it in an oven on 180 c for about 35 minutes.

FOR THE FROSTING:
Melt the chocolate and add liquid cream, mix well and prepare a ganache. Then beat the whipping cream and add 100 gm to the ganache. Mix well and apply onto the cake. Spread evenly and allow it to set.

FOR THE DECORATION:
Once the cake is set add the decorations and serve.

  • Fresh mint chopped 10 gm
  • Mint essence 1 drop
  • Green color 1 drop
  • Chocolate syrup 100 gm

FOR THE DECORATION:

  • Fresh flowers as required
  • Chocolate as required

Beat the whipping cream, add chopped mint, green color and mint essence. Mix well and apply onto the cake. Lastly add chocolate syrup on top.

FOR THE DECORATION:
Lastly decorate the cake with fresh flowers and chocolate. Serve.
