Ingredients:
- Vermicelli 1 packet
- Yellow food coloring ½ tsp
- Dried whole milk 250 grams
- Sugar 1-1/2 cup
- Clarified butter 1 cup
- Milk ½ liter
- Almonds as needed
- Pistachios as needed
- Silver work as needed
- Cardamom ½ tsp
Method:
In a pan, heat clarified butter and fry the vermicelli. Now add milk, food coloring, and cardamom and cook on low flame. Once the milk dries up add sugar and cook. When the sugar water evaporates, then add whole dried milk, almonds, and pistachios. Take out in a dish, garnish with silver work, and serve.
Ingredients:
- Boiled rice ½ kg
- Boiled beef ½ kg
- Boiled potato, carrot, peas ½ kg
- Mixed ground spices 1Tbsp
- Yoghurt 1 cup
- Tomato 2
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Onion 2
- Food coloring little
Method:
Heat oil and add onions, cook until brown. Now add in ginger, garlic, and boiled beef and cook. Combine all vegetables, spices, tomato and yoghurt. Then add boiled rice in. lastly add in food coloring and let sit for 15-10 minutes on low heat
Ingredients:
- Yoghurt 250 grams
- Boiled mixed vegetables 250 grams
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Coriander 1 Tbsp
- Mustard seed 1 TSP
- Curry leaf few
- Whole red chili 3-4
- Oil 2 Tbsp
- Green chili paste 2 Tbsp
Method:
In yoghurt add the boiled vegetables, salt, black pepper, coriander, and green chili paste, and whisk together. Now heat oil and temper the mustard seed, curry leaves, and whole red chili onto the raita. Serve.
