Ingredients:
- Vermicelli 1 packet
- Clarified butter ½ cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Green Cardamom 2-3
- Chopped almonds as required
- Chopped pistachios as required
- Crushed coconut 2- 3 tbsp
- Yellow Food Color 1 pinch
- Raisins 2 tbsp
- Water 2 cups
- Whole dried milk ½ cup
- Chopped dry dates 5- 6
- Screw pine water 1 tsp
- Edible silver leaf for serving
Method:
Soak dry dates when they get soft cut them and set aside. Lightly fry dry fruits. Heats clarified butter then add vermicelli and cook it with cardamom until it gets slightly brown. Prepare sugar syrup and add food color as well. Now add sugar syrup on cooked vermicelli and cook till water gets dry. Now let it simmer for 1 to 2 minutes then add dry dates and screw pine water. Garnish with edible silver leaf, dry fruits and whole dried milk.
Ingredients:
- Mutton 750 gm
- Milk 250 ml
- Crushed cardamom 1 tsp
- Cloves 3
- Cardamom 3
- Nutmeg mace powder 1 pinch
- Salt to taste
- Fennel powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Brown onion paste ½ cup
- White pepper powder ½ tsp
- Clarified butter 4 tbsp
- Water as required
Method:
Boil mutton with salt, fennel, ginger garlic, cardamom and cloves. Cook milk with crushed cardamom until it gets reduced. Cook mutton and brown onion paste in clarified butter. Add white pepper, nutmeg mace powder, milk, mutton stock and cook till it gets thick and serve.
