Ingredients
- Boneless chicken ½ kg cubes
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Schezwan sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
METHOD
Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 30 mins, then deep fry till golden, keep aside.
Ingredients for Gravy
- Oil ¼ cup
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 1 tbsp
- Onion chopped ½ cup
- Schezwan sauce 3 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Orange color a pinch
- Corn flour 1 tbsp mixed with ¼ cup water
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Spring onion chopped ¼ cup
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a wok, add chopped ginger garlic, green chilies, onion, fry for 1 min, add all the spices, sauces, fried chicken cubes, thicken with corn flour paste. Lastly add cream and chopped greens.
Ingredients
- Chicken 500 gm cut into small cubes
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Onion powder 1 tsp
- Paprika 2 tsp
- Egg 1
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- 5 spice powder 1 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Corn flour ¾ cup
- Oil for deep frying
METHOD
Mix chicken with all the above ingredients and deep fry them.
Ingredients for sauce
- Capsicum 1 sliced
- Mushrooms sliced 6
- Sliced cabbage 1 cup
- Carrot 1 cut into julienne
- Onion 1 sliced
- Sliced ginger 2 tbsp
- Schezwan sauce 2 tbsp
- Chopped dry red chilies 4
- Spring onion leaves ½ cup
- Peanuts 3 tbsp
- Garlic rice 3 cups
METHOD
Heat ¼ cup oil, add sliced garlic, dry red chilies, all the veggies, fried chicken, toss with schezwan sauce, cook for 5 mins, add peanuts and spring onion, serve in a bowl with garlic rice.
