Ingredients for marination:

  • Chicken wings ½ Kg
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Red chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic ginger 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder As per taste

 

Ingredients for Schezwan sauce:

  • Garlic
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Spring onion for garnish

Ingredients for batter:

  • Wheat flour ½ cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed green chilies 3-4
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp

Method:

  • For the sauce heat oil and add crushed ginger garlic.
  • When it starts frying then add chili paste, white pepper, salt, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and sugar. Fry this mixture well.
  • Schezwan sauce is ready.
  • For batter mix all ingredients with water and beat well until smooth.
  • Now dip chicken wings in the batter and fry them on medium flame until crisp.
  • Take the fried lollipops out.
  • For the sauce heat oil and add crushed ginger garlic.
  • When it starts frying then add chili paste, white pepper, salt, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and sugar. Fry this mixture well.
  • Schezwan sauce is ready. Toss the lollipops in Schezwan sauce.
  • Serve these deliciously crispy Schezwan Lollipops.
