Sesame Chicken Pasta Salad is the form of salad we all love at all times!

Ingredients to marinate chicken:

  • Chicken breast 1
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Pepper ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
  • Garlic ½ tsp
  • Allspice ½ tsp

Other ingredients:

  • Pasta boiled 2 cups
  • Cucumber 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Sweet corn ½ cup
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp toasted

Ingredients for dressing:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt, pepper and mustard ½ tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp

 

Method for dressing:

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a bottle and shake well.

Method for salad:
Chicken breast 1 cut into tiny pcs, marinate with salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, garlic and allspice ½ tsp each, 2 cups any shape pasta boiled.
Marinate chicken breast and cook in 2 tbsp oil until done. Remove in a bowl, mix with vegetables, pasta dressing, mix well, remove in a salad bowl, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice ½ kg
  • Salt as required
  • Cinnamon as required

Ingredients for gravy:

  • Beef mince 400 gm
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce 3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion chopped ½ cup
  • Chopped coriander leaves ½ cup
  • Capsicum 1 chopped

Ingredients for garlic sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  • Milk 1 tbsp
  • Chicken powder ½ tsp

Method:
Boil rice with salt and cinnamon and set aside .

Method for garlic sauce:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Method for mince Heat oil, add chopped onion, fry for 5 mins, add mince with crushed garlic, fry for 5 mins, add hp sauce, soya sauce, all the seasoning and sauces with yogurt stock, cook till dry. Lastly add spring onion and capsicum chopped, mix well in a pyrex dish, spread half rice, prepared mince, garlic sauce, top with rice, garlic sauce, bake in oven on 180 d for 20 mins, cover with foil.

Ingredients:

  • Cheese balls ½ packet
  • Oil as required

Ingredients for sauce:

  • Tomato puree ½ cup
  • Sambal oleak 1tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1tbsp
  • Sweet chili sauce 3tbsp
  • Orange color pinch
  • Cream ½ cup

 

 

Method:
In a pan fry cheese balls and set aside , now for the sauce put all ingredients in a pan cook for 10 min , lastly fold the sauce in the fried cheese balls and serve .

Ingredients:

  • Biscuit crushed 2 cups
  • Butter melted 3 ounce
  • Strawberry jelly 1 packet
  • Water ½ cup
  • Frozen strawberry sliced 1 cup
  • Whipped cream 1 cup
  • Condensed milk ½ tin
  • Strawberry essence ¼ tsp
  • Caster sugar 3 tbsp
  • White chocolate chips ½ cup

 

Method:

Crushed biscuit, mix with butter, put in parfait glasses, dissolve jelly in water, remove, add in sliced strawberries, condensed milk and whipped cream, add essence, top filling over biscuits, top with white chocolate chips, decorate with whipped cream.
