Ingredients:
- Boil potatoes 750gm
Ingredients for sauce:
- Oil 2tbsp
- Salt as required
- Ginger garlic 1tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce ¾ cup
- Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
- Green chilies chopped 1tbsp
- Capsicum 4tbsp
- Chicken powder 1tsp
- Chopped tomatoes 1tbsp
- Sesame seeds to sprinkle
Ingredients:
- Beef mince 600gm
- Onions 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Yogurt ¾ cup
- White pepper 1tsp
- Biryani masala 1-1/2 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Boil potatoes as required
- Oil ¾ cup
- Green chilies 6-7
- Screw pine essence few drops
- Whole spice 1tbsp
- Nutmeg mace powder ½ tsp
- Onion fried to garnish
- Plum dried 5-6
- Rice 400gm
Method:
Ingredients:
- Apricots 1cup
- Semolina ½ cup
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Whole dried milk ½ cup
- Milk ½ cup
- Clarified butter ¾ cup
- Cardamom ground ¼ tsp
- Almonds, pistachios as required
- Yellow food color pinch
Method:
Heat clarified butter and roast the gram flour in it , now add milk , half cup water , yellow food and sugar and mix. Now add Apricots pulp and cardamom and simmer it . now add whole dried milk and roast , lastly dish out and garnish with almonds , pistachios and serve .
