Ingredients:
- Vermicelli 1 cup
- Milk 1 liter
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Whole dried milk ¾ cup
- Pistachios as required
- Raisins 2 tbsp
- Rose leaves 2 tbsp
- Clarified butter 4 tbsp
- Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Method:
Heat clarified butter fry vermicelli well. In pan add milk and cardamom cook for 15 minute. Add fried vermicelli cook for more 5 minute. Add sugar and raisins cook. Add whole dried milk. Cook for 5 minute remove in a dish, garnish with rose leaves and pistachios.
Ingredients:
- Beef minced 300 gm
- Chicken minced 300 gm
- Salt to taste
- Ginger garlic ground 1 tbsp
- Bread crumbs 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese 4 tbsp
- Chopped capsicum ½ cup
- Chopped onion 1
- Chopped green chilies 2
- Oil as required
- Lemon sliced for serving
- Cucumber sliced for serving
- Onion sliced for serving
Method:
Mix all ingredients in both minced except cheddar cheese and capsicum, blend well. Add cheddar cheese and chopped capsicum mix well and leave for 1 hour. Make seekh kabab, cook on grill or barbecue. Garnish with serving ingredients and serve.
Ingredients:
- Boiled pasta 1-1/2 cup
- Ice berg lettuce 1 bowl
- Chicken roast 1 cup
- Bread croutons ¾ cup
- Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
Ingredient for Dressing:
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 4 tbsp
- Mayonnaise ¾ cup
- Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Method:
Mix all ingredients of salad in mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients of dressing. Mix in salad, serve.
