Ingredients:
- Chicken ½ kg
- Gram lentil ½ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Whole coriander 1 tbsp
- Whole red chilies 12
- Cardamoms 4 smalls
- Black cardamoms 1
- Bay leaves 2
- Cloves 6
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Green coriander, mint as required
- Egg 1
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- For Filling:
- yogurt ½ cup
- Green coriander as required
- Mint as required
- Green chilies as required
- Chopped ginger as required
Method:
Mix all dry ingredients in chicken then add lentil in chicken cook till chicken is done. Add chicken, green coriander, mint in chopper blend well. Add egg and all spice mix well. Add yogurt, mix all ingredients of filling. Pour yogurt filling in center of chicken batter and make kabab. Heat oil fry kabab and serve with chutney.
Ingredients:
- Beef minced ½ kg
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Raw papaya 3 tbsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil or clarified butter ½ cup
- Onion 1
- Ingredients for Galawati:
- Cardamoms 4
- Cloves 5
- Whole black pepper 1 tsp
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Mace nutmeg 1 tsp
- Whole red chilies 10
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Whole coriander 1 tsp
- Chickpeas 3 tbsp
Method:
Mix galawati masala, salt, red chili, yogurt, raw papaya and ginger garlic and marinate for 4 to 6 hour. Give a smoke of coal. Heat clarified butter add onion fry well. Add marinate minced cover and cook till is done. Add onion rings, ginger, green chilies and mint, serve. For galawati masala mix all ingredients.

- Red lentil 1 cup
- Tomatoes 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Roasted coriander 1 tsp
- Boiled rice 3 cup
- Green chilies, coriander, mint as required
- Butter as required
- Ingredients for Tempering:
- Oil ½ cup
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Bay leaves 10
- Whole red chilies 10
- White cumin 1 tbsp
- Tamarind pulp 1 tbsp
Method:
Boil red lentil with turmeric, crushed red chilies, tomatoes and coriander. When lentil is done add tamarind pulp. Add green chilies, coriander and mint. For temper heat oil add onion sliced, chopped garlic, curry leaves , red chilies and white cumin. Pour temper on lentil. Remove lentil in bowl or handi then pour batter and serve with rice.
Ingredients:
- Water 1 cup
- Vegetable oil or butter 1/3 cup
- Eggs 2
- Cake mix as required
Method:
Pre heat the oven at 180C. grease pan with flour. Mix coconut cake mix, water, vegetable oil or butter and egg in bowl beat well. Pour batter in pan bake in pre heat oven. Remove and serve.
