Ingredients:
- Beef mince 300 gm
- Fried onion 1/4 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Whole cumin 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Black pepper whole 8
- Long pepper (Pippali) 1
- Green cardamom 4
- Mace 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Green chili chopped 2 tbsp
- Papaya 2 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Yellow food color 1 tbsp
- Green Coriander 1tbsp
- Chaat masala 1tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1tsp
- Gram flour 1tbsp
- Sliced onion 1
- Oil as required
Method:
Grind whole cumin, whole black pepper, long pepper, green cardamom, mace. In a bowl, add beef mince, grinded powder remaining ingredients and mix it well. Keep in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Now make the round kabab on seekh and fry until golden brown. Then heat the sizzling platter add oil and sliced onion and cook then add kabab along with oil and serve hot.

- Red Kidney Beans boiled 1 cup
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Onions sliced 2
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Green chilies whole 4
- Chat masala 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves handful (for garnish)
Method :
Heat pan and add oil. When the oil is hot, add the cumin seeds.
When cumin seeds start to crackle and brown, add the onions and fry on medium heat, stirring constantly until they start to change color, add ginger paste and garlic paste and fry. Add tomato puree, fry until oil separates.
Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric and coriander keep stirring.
Add red kidney beans and simmer for flavor infused. Now add chat masala, green chilies and all spice powder. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
