Ingredients For Marination:

  • Beef Undercut 400 gm
  • White Chili 1 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Worcester Sauce 4 tbsp
  • Mustard Paste 2 tsp
  • Oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Meat Tenderizer 1tsp
  • Onion Rings for serve
  • Black Pepper (crushed) 1-1/2 tsp

 

Ingredients For Creamy Garlic Mashed Potato:

  • Potatoes (boiled) 2-3
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Parsley as required

Ingredients For Cheese Sauce:

  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Plain Flour 1 tsp
  • Milk 8 tbsp
  • Cheddar Cheese ¾ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Black Pepper (crushed) ½ tsp

Ingredients For Fried Veggies:

  • Carrot 1
  • Zucchini 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Worcester Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Mustard Paste 1-1/2 tsp

 

Method:
Cut undercut beef into 4 equally pieces and flatten with hammer. Now add salt, white pepper, crushed black pepper, Worcester sauce, mustard paste, oil and meat tenderizer. Mix well and leave it for about 2-3 hours. Then cook well in a grill or frying pan. Now heat sizzler well and place the onion rings. Then place the steaks and add the cheese sauce. Now on another side in a foil place mashed potatoes. Also stir fry the vegetables and place onto it.
For the cream garlic mashed potatoes, boil potatoes and mash well. Now add melted butter, salt, garlic and cream. Mix well. Then garnish with parsley and serve with the steaks.
For the cheese sauce, heat 1 tbsp butter fry the flour slightly. Now add milk and mix well. Then add cheddar cheese, salt and crushed black pepper. Cook well and serve with the steaks.
For the fried vegetables, cut carrot, zucchini and capsicum in different shapes. Now heat butter, add vegetables, worcester sauce and mustard paste. Stir fry and serve with the steaks.

Ingredients for Base:

  • Biscuit Crumbs 2 cups
  • Butter (melted) ½ cup

Ingredients for Garnish:

  • Cream (whipped) as required

Ingredients for Filling:

  • Cream Cheese 250 gm
  • Cream (whipped) 2 cups
  • Blue berries (crushed) 1-1/2 cup
  • Icing Sugar ½ cup
  • Vanilla Essence few drops
  • Lemon Juice 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Gelatin 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp

Method:
In a pan, add biscuit crumbs, melted butter and mix.
Now in a preheat oven and bake it for 5 minutes, let it cool.
Then in a luke warm water add geletain and dissolve it.
After this, in a cream cheese add icing sugar.
Then add whipped cream, vanilla essence, lemon juice, geletain,blue berries and mix.
Now pour this mixture on biscuit pan, and make swirl with the help of sticks.
After this, put on refrigerator, When they are set and garnish with cream.
