Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless (cubes) ½ kg
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
For The Sauce:
- Stock 2 cups
- Garlic (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup ½ cup
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Corn flour as required
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Coal 1 piece
Method:
In a bowl add chicken cubes along with sugar, salt, black pepper, corn flour and oil. Mix well and leave it for about 10 minutes. Then heat oil and fry them well. Once it is golden brown, remove and set aside.
For The Sauce, Heat oil and fry the crushed garlic. Then add stock, soy sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, vinegar and brown sugar. Mix well and allow it to boil. Now add corn flour and mix until the sauce becomes thick. Lastly give smoke to chicken Manchurian and serve hot.

- Rice (boiled) ½ kg
- Pineapple 1 cup
- Peas 1 cup
- Carrot 1 cup
- Capsicum ½ cup
- Spring onions 1 cup
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 3 tbsp
- Chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Spring onions for garnish
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic. Then add peas, carrot, capsicum, spring onions and pineapple. Fry for a minute. Now add black pepper, salt, soy sauce and chicken powder. Mix well. Then add boiled rice. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Lastly garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
