Ingredients:
- Seekh kabab 1packet
- Coal to smoke
Ingredients for rice:
- Rice boiled 750 gm
- Brown onion ¾ cup
- Tomatoes 2 sliced
- Green chilies 4 julienne
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Curry leaves 25
- Bombay biryani masala ½ packet
- Oil ½ cup
- Yellow color ¼ tsp
- screw pine essence 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves ½ cup
- Mint leaves 2tbsp
Method:
Grill kababs for 10 mins, give dum of coal, keep aside.
Method:
Heat oil, add brown onion, sliced tomatoes, yogurt, biryani masala, fry well, add kababs with curry leaves, coriander and green chilies, leave it on dum, put boiled rice on top of the mixture with yellow color, kewra, give dum of coal, serve with salad and raita.
Ingredients:
- Pomfret fish whole ½ kg
- Egg 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Hung curd 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Dried fenugreek ground 1 tsp
- Gram flour 2 tbsp
Method:
Marinate fish with all the given ingredients, shallow fry in fry pan.
Ingredients:
- Peaches 2 cups
- Caster sugar 1 cup
- Gelatin 1 tbsp heaped
- Water ¼ cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Whipped cream 2 cups
- Mint leaves for garnish
- Peach slices for garnish
Method:
Chopperize fresh or tin peaches, dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup water, mix with peach puree and sugar, lemon juice, chill, when it starts to thicken, fold in whipped cream, continue to chill again, fill mixture in piping bag and pipe in a swirl in small glasses, chill until set, garnish with mint and peach slices.
