Ingredients:
- Dill 250 grams
- Potato ½ kg
- Tomatoes 2
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Red chili 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Onion 1
- Green chili 4
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
Heat oil and fry onion, add ginger garlic paste after this all spices mix and add tomatoes then roast .Now add potatoes and dill when tender then turn the stove off.
Ingredients:
- Fish ½ kg
- Onion 1
- Tomato 250 grams
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 1
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Tamarind juice 4 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
- Green coriander as required
- Dried mango powder 1 tbsp
- Garlic water 4 tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
Wash the fish then add garlic water and dried mango powder .now heat oil and fry onion .after this all spices tomato, tamarind juice, green chili and ginger garlic add and roast .then add remaining oil and curry leaves now add fish pieces and remove .then add 1 cup of water then add fish pieces then add green coriander and stove off.
Ingredients:
- Bakarkhani 1 kg
- Milk ½ liter
- Condensed milk 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Almond, pistachios ½ cup
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Cream 1 packet
Method:
Boil the milk then add bakarkhani when it turns soft spread on try then take reaming milk, sugar, corn flour condensed milk and cream in a pan and cook for 5 minutes and pour this milk on bakarkhani .Finally sprinkle almonds, pistachios and serve hot.
