Ingredients:
- Beef mince ½ kg
- Onion fried 2tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Salt, pepper, turmeric as required
- Dried fenugreek 1tsp
- Coriander , green chilies as required
- Bread crumbs 2tbsp
- Egg 1
- All spice 1tsp
- Cumin ground 1tsp
- Oil for frying
- Onion, tomatoes rings to garnish
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in mince and leave for 2-3 hours, now make tikkiyan and shallow fry , lastly serve with onion rings and tomatoes .
Ingredients:
- Kidney beans 1-1/2 cup
- Chopped onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Whole spice 1tbsp
- Salt as required
- Green chili paste 2tbsp
- Rice 3cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Green chilies 3-4
- Tomato sliced 1
- Tamarind paste 1tbsp
- Boil eggs to garnish
Method:
Heat oil fry onions , now add ginger garlic paste, green chilies, salt, whole spice, and yogurt now roast well. Now add tamarind paste, kidney beans , water and boil it , now add soaked rice ,then add sliced green chilies , tomatoes and simmer . lastly garnish with boil eggs and serve .
Ingredients:
- Milk ½ liter
- Oat ¾ cup
- Cardamom powder ½ tsp
- Date paste ½ cup
Method:
In a pan cook oat and milk , when it gets thick add dates paste , cardamom mix and serve .
