Spring Chicken Recipe | Flame On Hai | Irfan Wasti | Continental Food

Ingredients:

  • Chicken with bone 500 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • Maida ¼ cup
    Oil for frying

HONEY & CHILI SAUCE:

  • Honey ¼ cup
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Chicken stock ¼ cup
  • Corn flour as required

METHOD:
In a bowl except corn flour and flour add chicken and all ingredients mix and leave for 2 hours in refrigerator. Now in a second bowl add corn flour and flour mix .after this in a woke heat oil and chicken coat with flour and corn flour then fry on low heat .for honey and chili sauce in a pan add except corn flor add chicken stock and all ingredients mix and cook .when its come to boil then add the corn flour .

Ingredients:

  • Rice 500gm
  • Chicken boneless 1 cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum cube 1 cup
  • Carrot small cube ½ cup
  • Dry red chilies ¼ cup
  • Peanuts ½ cup
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 4 tbsp
  • Soya sauce ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper 1 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Chicken stock as required
  • Hoisin sauce optional

METHOD:
In a woke heat oil and fry garlic .now add chicken and roast then add all spices ,sauce and chicken stock then cook till than boil .now add rice and cook for 2 to 3 minutes .when remaining some water then add capsicum, carrot and peanut mix and leave on dum .

Ingredients:

  • Chicken marination:
  • Chicken boneless fillet 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Corn flour as required
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for gravy:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tsp
  • Apple chunks ¼ cup
  • Tomato cubes ¼ cup
  • Apple juice ½ cup
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Chicken stock ¼ cup
  • Corn flour as required

METHOD:
In a bowl chicken and all ingredients mix and all ingredients mix then leave for 30 minutes in refrigerator. Then in a woke heat oil and fry chicken for 1 to 2 minutes. now in a second woke heat oil and garlic sauté. Then add chicken except tomato and corn flour add all ingredients of gravy mix. after this add corn flour for thickness. finally add tomato and serve.
