Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
- Flour ½ cup
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
Ingredients for sauce:
- Orange juice 1 cup
- Orange zest 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Crushed ginger 1-1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Orange sliced for serving
- Green onion for serving
- White sesame seeds 1 tsp
Method:
Mix all ingredients of chicken and left for ½ hour. Heat oil and deep fry chicken. For sauce heat oil add crushed ginger fry well. Add orange juice, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce cook till boil comes. Add dissolved corn flour cook till it becomes thick. Add orange zest and fried chicken mix well. Remove from dish serve with steam rice and broccoli. Garnish with orange sliced, green onion and white sesame seeds.
Ingredients:
- Milk 1-1/2 cup
- Melted chocolate ½ cup
- Eggs 4
- Chocolate pieces ½ cup
- Orange juice ½ cup
- Orange marmalade 4 tbsp
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Bread sliced 6
- Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
- Icing sugar 2-3 tbsp
Method:
Apply marmalade on bread sliced and make sandwich. Cut into piece. Grease dish with butter and place bread sliced. Add melted chocolate, milk, orange juice mix well. Add icing sugar and cocoa powder mix well. Add whipped egg. Add batter on bread with chocolate pieces. Bake in pre heat oven till it set.
